Digital Marketer
We're looking for a fun, creative Digital Marketing Manager who's chronically online and obsessed with social media. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing social media marketing strategies for our company and clients, from ideation to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement content and social media strategies aligned with clients' goals.
Create engaging pitch decks detailing these content and social media strategies.
Create engaging content tailored for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Create content calendars and manage multiple social media accounts.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to ensure objectives are met.
Integrate new and innovative approaches into the content strategy to keep our clients' brands relevant and engaging.
Knowledge of paid media, including Google Analytics and Meta campaigns.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to align content strategies with overall marketing goals.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
3-5 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing or a similar role.
Previous experience leading a variety of client-facing social media audits, reports, and strategy documents.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, Airtable, Brandwatch, etc.).
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Great knowledge of SEO.
High level of attention to detail.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
