Digital Marketer

We're looking for a fun, creative Digital Marketing Manager who's chronically online and obsessed with social media. Our work is varied, exciting, and at the forefront of the latest technology and trends. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing social media marketing strategies for our company and clients, from ideation to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content and social media strategies aligned with clients' goals.

  • Create engaging pitch decks detailing these content and social media strategies.

  • Create engaging content tailored for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

  • Create content calendars and manage multiple social media accounts.

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to ensure objectives are met.

  • Integrate new and innovative approaches into the content strategy to keep our clients' brands relevant and engaging.

  • Knowledge of paid media, including Google Analytics and Meta campaigns.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to align content strategies with overall marketing goals.

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing or a similar role.

  • Previous experience leading a variety of client-facing social media audits, reports, and strategy documents.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, Airtable, Brandwatch, etc.).

  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Great knowledge of SEO.

  • High level of attention to detail.

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
